Welcome to College Court Apts. We are located in the upscale West Olympia right near the Evergreen State College
on the Kaiser Rd. We are on the bus line 41 and 48. We are surrounded by large maple, douglas fir and ceder trees. We
have the Green Cove Creek running in our properties. Regular visits from deers, racoons, squirrels and many kinds of birds.
We have community garden for those green thumb gardeners. We are approximately 2.5 miles from Capital Malls and about 3.5
miles from the downtown Olympia. The TESC is only a quarter mile away.

All our units are two bedroom one bath. Upstair units have covered decks and downstairs have porches. Upstair unit
is approximately 760 square feet and downstair approximately 740 square feet.
We have coin operated washing and drying machines. Except one machine, the price of washing and drying is only 75 cents.
