Our current rate for the year 2007 is: $575 per month with garage. If you do not need the garage, the rate
is $550 per month.
Damage Deposit is $300 and additional $200 non refundable administrative fee is charged for new tenants.
You can have cats (but not dogs) but we charge non refundable pet fee of $250 per animal.
